Our client isa vibrant and renowned cookery school located in the heart of Central London, dedicated to providing unforgettable culinary experiences. We are seeking a passionate and talented Sous Chef to join our team and lead corporate teams in exciting team-building cooking sessions.

Job Description: As a Sous Chef and Team Building Cooking Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable and collaborative cooking experiences for corporate groups. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and facilitate team-building sessions, guiding participants in preparing delicious meals while fostering teamwork and camaraderie.

Sous Chef Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and instruct corporate teams in hands-on cooking sessions.
  • Create an engaging and dynamic learning environment that encourages collaboration and creativity.
  • Develop and adapt cooking class materials, recipes, and instructions.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.
  • Manage kitchen resources efficiently and assist with prep and clean-up.
  • Occasionally assist in the development of new team-building cooking activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven culinary experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.
  • Strong passion for cooking and the ability to inspire and instruct others.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene Certification.
  • Flexible schedule with availability on weekday evenings (rarely on weekends).
