Job Description

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the overall business and operational performance of a well established marine and offshore company based in Asia.

Operating a large fleet of marine vessels, the business provides marine support services for offshore projects internationally, working with major oil and gas companies and offshore contractors. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially minded and operationally focused individual with a strong background in marine operations and fleet management. The successful candidate will oversee day to day operations, drive business performance, develop management teams and ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the company's fleet.

A significant emphasis will be placed on marine operations and fleet performance, alongside wider business leadership, strategic planning and continuous improvement.

Candidates must be willing to relocate if they are not currently based in the area.
