Job Description

WRS is working with an established electrical contractor seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join their Central Florida team. The initial project will be a multifamily development in Melbourne, Florida, with the opportunity to support additional projects once complerted as the company has an extensive pipeline and continues to grow.

This position is ideal for a Foreman with a strong background in ground-up multifamily electrical construction who is comfortable leading crews in the field and is open to traveling to future project locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on multifamily construction projects

• Coordinate daily field activities, manpower, materials, and production

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project plans

• Oversee electrical installations from rough-in through trim and project completion

• Ensure work is completed according to project schedules, quality standards, and applicable electrical codes

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, other trades, and site leadership

• Track field progress and communicate manpower, material, or scheduling needs

• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite

• Identify and resolve field issues that could impact schedule or production

• Ensure crews are meeting productivity and quality expectations

Requirements

• Previous multifamily electrical construction experience is required

• Previous experience working as an Electrical Foreman or comparable field leadership position

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation methods, and NEC requirements

• Ability to effectively lead and manage field crews

• Ability to read electrical drawings and construction documents

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Must be able to work onsite in Melbourne, FL for the initial project
