The Admin Executive – Baghdad is responsible for managing and overseeing the administrative operations of the Head Office, Sales Offices, and Plant facilities, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective administrative services across the organization.
Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to improve administrative processes and organizational efficiency.
Supervise, evaluate, coach, and lead the administration team to ensure high performance.
Manage third-party service providers and contracts, regularly monitoring service quality and performance.
Analyze data from internal and external sources to ensure compliance with administrative requirements, policies, and procedures.
Oversee the company fleet (owned and leased vehicles) and monitor the performance of vehicle rental and fleet service providers.
Prepare and manage the annual administrative budget, including CAPEX and OPEX planning.
Establish, implement, and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
Ensure full compliance with internal controls, company policies, legal requirements, and audit standards related to administration, fleet management, contracts, and facilities.
Drive cost optimization initiatives across administrative services, fleet operations, and facility management while maintaining service quality.
Coordinate facility maintenance, office management, and workplace services to support business operations.
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
6–8 years of relevant experience in administration, facilities management, or a similar function.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic and/or Kurdish is an advantage.
