Job Title: Senior Brand Manager
Location: Baghdad

Responsibilities:
- Determines the brand strategy which contributes to business strategy and commercial plans via market analyses, price analyses and consumer research,
- Coordinates the advertising strategies (both Above the Line and Below the Line) and creates campaigns, promotions and indoor & outdoor activities to increase the market share,
- Manage local market research activities to support business and commercial decision-making,
- Lead and oversee trade marketing initiatives to drive in-store execution, brand visibility, and commercial performance,
- Executes 360degree communication (ATL / BTL / Digital & Social Media),
- Works closely with countries to gather learnings and provide best practices for other countries,
- Monitors brand performances and recommended specific initiatives,
- Capable of managing wide range of product portfolio,
- Able to work with financials as well as carry out budgeting, financial analysis & reporting (feasibility analysis / Cost / Ebitda ),
- Prepares the marketing plan, annual budget and communication/media plan for the brand.
- Manages and organizes product launches,
- Conceptualizes strategic initiatives and implement details of a campaign,
- Works in cooperation with the sales, production, R&D and finance teams to achieve results and acts as a key point of contact, works closely with customer teams to ensure that brand performance data is shared, and that upcoming activity is fully communicated,
- Tracks consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution and by conducting consumer research,
- Flexibility to travel in order to track flow of business and take required actions in local site.
Qualifications:
- University graduate, preferably master degree,
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing preferably in multinational and/or reputable local FMCG companies with leading brands,
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, having an international and regional experience is a big asset,
- Mobility within job scope,
- Strong project management skills and desire to lead,
- A top communicator with an excellent ability to execute successful partnerships,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Arabic and Kurdish is plus,
