Help Grow a Leading General Contractor

An established South Florida General Contractor is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and support the company's continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional with construction industry experience who enjoys managing proposals, branding, communications, and client engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Marketing

• Lead proposals, qualifications, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Manage branding, website content, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate project photography, award submissions, and promotional collateral.
• Develop project profiles, case studies, and recruiting materials.
• Plan client events and support community engagement initiatives.

Business Development Support

• Build relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Attend networking events and represent the company throughout South Florida.
• Support leadership in pursuing new opportunities.
• Maintain CRM activity and assist with market research.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction marketing experience.
• Experience with a General Contractor, Construction Manager, Design-Build, Architecture, or Engineering firm preferred.
• Experience preparing proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and interview presentations.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of the South Florida construction market is a plus.
