Worldwide Recruitment Solutions (WRS) is looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our growing Construction Recruitment team in Tampa in early September 2026. Whether you're fresh out of school, college, university, or have some customer-facing or sales experience, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding long-term career in recruitment.
No recruitment experience? That's absolutely fine. We're looking for attitude, determination, and a willingness to learn.
You'll join an experienced team of recruiters who will provide hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship, helping you learn how to source top talent, build relationships with candidates and clients, and develop your own successful recruitment desk.
