Job Description
Assistant Project ManagerOur client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help oversee their underground utility projects. The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background and is very comfortable managing crews in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Assist in managing project teams; Coordinate resources accordingly
- Provide project status updates to upper management regularly
- Walk project sites within Charlotte region when needed
- Collaborate with existing team members to ensure all project needs are met
- Experience with Blue Beam and as built support preferred
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and underground electrical infrastructure
- Experience managing underground utility projects, duct bank projects, or similar sized industrial electrical projects
- Electrical experience with healthcare, data center, or industrial scale projects
- Experience handling contracts, change orders, project budgets, and scheduling
- Salary based upon experience $110,000-$120,000
