Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Ericsson ENM expert to lead and execute the migration of legacy OSS/ENM environments to a modern platform.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep experience with Ericsson OSS and ENM, including system migration, integration, and troubleshooting in complex telecom environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute migration of legacy OSS/ENM environments
• Perform data, configuration, and network element migration into ENM
• Handle ENM upgrades, patching, and platform transitions
• Integrate RAN, Core, and Transport nodes into ENM
• Ensure service continuity during migration (minimal downtime)
• Troubleshoot post-migration issues (FM/PM/CM, alarms, performance)
• Work closely with Ericsson teams, operations, and customer stakeholders
• Validate end-to-end functionality after migration
• Automate migration and operational tasks where possible

Required Experience (Must-Have)

• 8–10+ years in telecom OSS, with strong focus on Ericsson
• Proven experience with Ericsson Network Manager (ENM)
• Hands-on experience with:
  • ENM migration / transformation projects
  • Legacy OSS → ENM transitions
• Strong knowledge of:
  • FM / PM / CM flows
  • OSS architecture and integration (NBI)
• Experience integrating:
  • RAN, Core, Transport network elements
• Solid Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS)
• Scripting (Shell / Python)

Technical Environment

• Ericsson OSS / ENM
• VMware / virtualized environments (or cloud-native if relevant)
• Linux (RHEL)
• Databases (PostgreSQL / similar)
• Networking (IP, routing, switching basics)

Nice to Have

• Experience with:
  • Kubernetes / Docker (if target is cloud-native ENM)
  • Large-scale migrations in Tier-1 operators
• Understanding of:
  • VoLTE / 4G / 5G architecture
• Prior work with Ericsson delivery teams
