For our client in Europe, we need a skilled Project manager, to run a Traffica Upgrade project for one of the local Operators
Nokia PM experience is needed, and experience with upgrades of Netact, or AVA Traffica is a big plus off course

1. PROJECT SCOPE OVERVIEW

This project is a maintenance project of the solution in the Operator network

The implementation project consists of following high-level work packages.

Project Initiation/PI
organization/resource demand forecasted, esp. staff, equipment, services, software.

Project Planning

End-to-end project delivery processes according to AIM framework.
Change, claim and risk management plan.
Procurement management plan / Project performance management plan, including reporting.

Project Execution and Control
Project delivered according to Project Management Plan, esp.
Project contract management according to plan.
Delivery according to scope, schedule, quality and cost baseline.

Weekly reporting of progress, risk and issues .
Monthly summary of KPIs/Deliverables compared to plan./position of schedule, costs, risks, issues, change.
