SDM Technical lead ( GSMR, GPRS, Nokia nt-HLR to HLR Swap)

For our Italian Customer, we are looking for an experienced SDM Technical Manager to be involved in Railway modernization project in Italy.

GSMR modernization project
Technical Leader with experience in GSMR projects. GPRS and with HLRs old an new (SDM solution)

REMOTE WORK
LENGTH: 6 month +

In this GSMR modernization program, the client need to start to renew their old Nokia NT- HLR with new HLR .

The client is a GSMR customer with no IMS.

They have old GSMR core, integrated with GPRS packet, with old nt-HLR, and MSC
(all are bare metal, no cloud). which will now be swapped to new SDM solution, HLR

We need SDM TPM who is capable of leading the modernization of all those core elements. E2E

ie lead the PMs and Solution Architects doing the design

You need to be Proactive, and demanding of input from Customer, self imitative is important

For Technical management service we need capable TM mainly for

- Support to PM for detailed task planning
- technical coordination and review of all deliverables to be produced by Nokia SDM team in the design, implementation and acceptance phases.
- define action and priorities to have correct implementation.
- Organize & lead sessions for task preparation + integration engaging the correct owners
- Organize & lead sessions for troubleshooting meeting
- Trigger or open tickets if needed.
- Cooperate with core team to define the deployment strategy
- Acceptance testing lead
- Provide reporting on follow up and closure of implementation, integration and troubleshooting activities. Organize and lead sessions for tasks preparation, integration and troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting support

Italian language is a bit plus

Central Europe working time shall be assured

All work can be performed remotely with ad hoc travel when required for the project.

Location is Rome
Desired timing is under discussion but expectation are from Nov or Dec for about 6 months
