E2E Technical Lead Project Manager ( High Level Design: Nokia OSS/BSS/CORE/ MVNO mobile voice/data and IPTV)

For our Client in Netherlands we need a E2E Technical Project Lead Manager for an MVNO providing fixed data, TV video, mobile voice towards subscribers.
We need a Senior Lead Technical Manager, with preferable OSS/Core Background, and knowledge in the Nokia Business Applications

6 months duration ++

In a first phase we are offering for a design phase only, that covers a Technical Solution Document update, Requirements Definition Document and High Level Design

You will be the LEAD of several other PMs, among other the Architects doing the High and Low Level Design

Our Client needs to provide the following design activities:
• Telco Network architecture & systems
• Operations Architecture
• Fulfillment/Assurance/Billing Mediation supported by Telco Network
Telco architecture and deployment design covers the design of the production network including the interfacing with wholesale networks, video platform and the OSS/BSS platform.

Required technical competences in OSS/BSS area.
Below the involved Business applications

FlowOne :            -  Catalog driven Provisioning and Activation for broadband access, MVNO mobile voice/data and IPTV

UIV :                    -  Nokia Unified Inventory provide a real time end-to-end service inventory view. Fulfillment and
                                 Assurance applications can rely on this inventory for real time automatic operations such
                                 as service fulfillment, close loop operations,  or automatic network discovery.

Nokia Mediation  -  xDR mediation for broadband access (from AAA) and mobile voice/data (from wholesale broadband parties

HDM                    -  Home device management of RGW and Nokia Beacon

SMP                      - Service Management Platform on top of HDM (workflows for home device management etc.)

NCM                     - Security for device management + certificate authority for other elements in architecture

NIAM                    - Nokia Identity Access Manager : security solution for operations / access to system

and Core Applications:

• The Nokia Container Services (NCS) is a platform providing Container-as-a-Service (CaaS) functionality for on-premises deployment of containerized applications in cloud environment
• AAA will be integrated with FlowOne
• Utimaco Lawful Intercept LIMS for broadband access
