A skilled 5G NPO experts with hands on Ericsson and Huawei Optimization is needed for a performance optimization job in Newbury to optimise an existing GSM/UMTS/LTE,and now implementing 5G network. so preferable one, who know the new 5G parameter settings and feature settings from Ericsson !

Possibility for permanent role if well performed

2G-3G-4G/LTE AND 5G expertise - Optimisation of voice and highspeed data services, Feature implementation, tuning, getting greats KPIs

With experience for network optimization, GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G New Sites Performance assessment, Optimization, Troubleshooting & Verification;

You will

Act as 5G expert on behalf of our customer to review 5G design including radio design, parameters and features and review performance including new KPIs and observability.

We are searching for experts, who knows the Signalling, who can look at call traces, protocol analysers

Suggest new features, and even suggest, adjusting the feature parameters to achieve better KPIs

Customer complaints investigation and resolution recommendations - Drive tests analysis, Traces analysis;

Network KPIs monitoring - Verification KPI thresholds definition;

Quantitative analysis of the optimisation actions and their impact in the network KPIs;

Preparation of radio performance reports;

Problem management/debugging of network problems

Expert support for radio planners/field engineers

You will be in charge of optimization, parameter setting/analysing, improving KPI's and dimensioning.

You MUST have several years experience within RF Optimisation, and Ericsson & Huawei experience is a MUST!

Knowledge of planning/optimization tools like Actix, NetAct, mapinfo, Nemo Analyser is expected.
