OSS Architect, Strategy/Future Road Map planning (Ericsson, IT transformation, 5G Network Evolution)

For our Scandinavian Client, a major mobile operator we need a Senior OSS Architect, Strategy/Future Road Map planning expert,
to ensure correct Future Technical Strategy planning
including the Core network, and RAN plus the new IT system, and GIS. ie we need someone who can think across all these divisions, and assure the correct interfaces, and build the correct "bridges" between all these departments and networks

We need a good Manager with Deep Technical knowledge, who can explain Technical difficulties in an easy manner, to all levels !

The client is currently going through a major IT transformation, and soon GIS system as well, which will end in a years time, so we need to be ready with the correct road map, before this ends !
Currently the Client have an existing 2G,3G,4G network, but is soon evolving into 5G, so adjustments to the OSS is needed

You will Lead the consulting program for the Network Evolution for on of the biggest operator towards their journey in 5G involving technologies such as New Radio, OSS, Core in the Cloud, AI, IoT etc
You shall be able to create the "blue print"/Road map, for the OSS, with new GIS, Virtual Servers, Customer needs etc etc. what is the right Strategy ????

We are looking for someone who can "think out of the box", across the different network elements involved. ie have the bigger overview of everything involved in this OSS development. come up with Ideas, needed in regards to the right interfaces, Future proof !

We expect and OSS Architect with experience as well in

- OSS systems ( Ericsson)
- Radio Access Network
- Transmission Network
- IP CPN Network
- Circuit Switched Network
- Packet Switched Network
- Fixed Network

We need a skilled OSS expert, with minimum 5 years management experience of similar job

perfect English as well, Scandinavian is a plus
