2G/3G/4G Expert RAN RF Optimisation Engineer (Shared RAN, NSN, EU passport needed) for Denmark

A skilled 2-> 4G NSN Expert Optimization/Planning engineer with Shared RAN experience is needed for a Senior role to improve an existing network. We expect that you have several years Nokia (multivendor experience a PLUS) GSM, UMTS and LTE radio network planning and optimization , and good Team Leader experience, as we need someone who can run a team of engineers if required.
Strong Knowledge of NSN procedures and Tools and Equipment.

You will have a Customer facing position with regular liason with customer.

therefore we need a person witth negotiation skills, who can:

resolves issues Project interface for all RF, Performance and Optimisation matters and specially used to a Shared RAN Network.

Able to Lead a remote delivery RF, Performance and Optimisation team when/if required.
