Job Description

Venture Recruitment Partners are seeking an experienced Finance Automation specialist focussing on the adaptation of AI throughout the business. Working across finance to help the roll out and adaptation of AI, as well as inform executive decision-making. This role is on a contract basis and will play a key analytics role in an established and growing FMCG business.

Details:

Location: Guildford – Hybrid (flexible)

Salary: £350-450 Outside IR35

Contract: 3 -6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise practical Finance use cases

• Help individuals incorporate Copilot into their day-to-day workflows

• Develop prompts, examples and reusable ways of working

• Run targeted sessions/coaching

• Build confidence and adoption across different levels of Copilot maturity

• Help us move from experimentation to more consistent, embedded usage

Key Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience designing, developing and implementing AI automation
• Proven ability to improve processes and support user adaptation
• Strong communication skills with experience training or mentoring others 
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) and/or previous experience within an FMCG environment and/or Business Central ERP (desirable but not essential).
