Venture Recruitment Partners is partnering with a globally recognised brand to find an ambitious Accounts Administrator to join their growing finance team in Basingstoke.

This isn’t a “sit in the background and process invoices” type of role.

What you’ll be doing

Joining a collaborative Order to Cash team, you’ll gain exposure across multiple areas of finance, including:

✅ Managing customer accounts and supporting healthy cashflow
✅ Building strong relationships with internal teams and external clients
✅ Producing and issuing billing documentation accurately and on time
✅ Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts
✅ Investigating and resolving payment or billing queries
✅ Supporting month-end processes and finance deadlines
✅ Helping reduce aged debt through proactive account management

It’s a brilliant mix of finance operations, customer interaction and problem solving, ideal if you want variety and visibility.

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to tick every box, attitude and ambition matter just as much.

You might be:
✔ Working in an accounts, finance admin, billing, AR or credit control role already
✔ A recent Finance or Accounting graduate looking for your first big opportunity
✔ Comfortable with Excel and keen to develop your technical skills
✔ A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
✔ Organised, proactive and naturally detail-focused
✔ Someone who wants to learn, progress and build a long-term career in finance
