The role

A broad, visible position sitting at the heart of the finance function, blending operational leadership with systems and process transformation.

You’ll:
✅ Lead day-to-day finance operations across billing, AR and controls
✅ Manage and develop a high-performing finance team
✅ Drive systems and process improvements across multiple platforms
✅ Improve reporting, dashboards and operational insight
✅ Partner with stakeholders across the business to support better decision-making
✅ Play a key role in a wider transformation programme

What we’re looking for

You’ll likely be:
✔ A qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
✔ Strong in management accounting and operational finance
✔ Experienced in driving process improvements and change
✔ Systems savvy (Sage experience highly desirable)
✔ A confident business partner who can challenge and influence
✔ A people leader who enjoys developing teams
