B2B Marketing Coordinator

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Middlesex
Working Pattern: Hybrid

Our client is looking for an organised and proactive B2B Marketing Coordinator to join a growing commercial team and support a varied programme of marketing and business development activity.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with around two years’ experience who enjoys managing multiple projects, creating engaging content and helping turn marketing activity into genuine commercial opportunities. You will gain exposure across campaigns, digital marketing, events, content creation and lead generation while developing your career within a specialist B2B environment.

The Role

Working closely with colleagues across marketing, commercial and client-facing teams, you will help keep campaigns and projects moving while ensuring marketing materials remain professional, accurate and up to date.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns and keeping activity on schedule
• Supporting email, social media, website and digital marketing activity
• Helping deliver lead generation and prospecting campaigns
• Creating and editing content including blogs, newsletters, case studies and social posts
• Maintaining website content and coordinating updates
• Producing presentations, marketing materials and other client-facing collateral
• Supporting webinars, events and speaking opportunities, including registrations and follow-up communications
• Maintaining marketing databases and assisting with CRM administration
• Tracking campaign activity and preparing straightforward performance reports
• Coordinating external suppliers and marketing partners where required
• Keeping marketing and sales materials organised, current and easy for colleagues to access
• Providing practical day-to-day administrative support across the marketing function

What We’re Looking For

The successful B2B Marketing Coordinator will ideally have:

• Around two years’ experience within marketing, communications or business development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to manage several pieces of work and competing deadlines
• Experience using social media and digital marketing platforms
• Confidence working with marketing data and performance measures
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• An interest in using marketing technology, automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and campaign delivery
• A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and see them through

Desirable Experience

It would be useful, although not essential, if you also have experience of:

• B2B marketing within a professional, agency or service-led environment
• Using a CRM or marketing automation platform
• Updating website content
• Email marketing platforms
• Basic website and digital analytics
