The Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Internal Sales Adviser will focus on relationship management and account support. This is a soft selling role, where success is driven by understanding customer needs, providing appropriate solutions, and nurturing long-term customer relationships rather than aggressive sales techniques.
The role involves order processing, managing accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and proactive outbound contact to support repeat business and customer satisfaction.
