A smashing newly created role is now available working within a local business who are growing at a rapid rate! The purpose of the role is to support the HR Manager with all recruitment and HR duties from interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees, to coordinating training and development. This role would be ideal for candidates who have solid recruitment experience and are looking to develop their HR skills, or candidates who have experience in both and are looking for a new challenge.
This role will include some hybrid some working.
