Warehouse Operative – ERP & Stock Control
Location: West Drayton
Salary: £26,500 - £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Warehouse Operative to join a busy distribution team. This role offers long-term stability and career progression, working for a company that values efficiency, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficient warehouse processes.
• Carry out daily stock counts and inventory management to maintain accuracy.
• Pick, pack, test, and prepare goods for dispatch.
• Process customer orders in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain and improve operational workflows and warehouse systems.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve stock and logistics queries.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and company regulations.
• Handle returns (RMAs) efficiently, ensuring all procedures are met.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse experience, ideally in a high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, order fulfilment, and stock control.
• Experience using an ERP system (such as Oracle, SAP, or similar).
• Strong Excel skills and confident handling data and reporting.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• A Reach or Counterbalance Forklift licence is highly desirable but not essential.
