Senior Service Advisor
Uxbridge
£28,000 to £32,000
We are currently looking for a Senior Service Advisor to join a fabulous company based in the heart of Central Uxbridge. This role would be ideal for candidates who have a strong working history within a service department and are looking for an opportunity to step up, or candidates with some supervisory/senior experience who are ready to take on their next challenge.
Role responsibilities:
• Supervising a team of 3 to 4 Service Agents ensuring workload is correctly distributed
• Production and analyzing of several reports
• Managing any service-related escalations in line with company policy
• Ensuring CRM is being fully utilized
• Working very closely with the Sales and Service Manager in order to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency within the department
• Managing phone channels where required
Please note – This is a newly created role that will be slightly tailored to play to the successful candidates strengths in order to really add value to the department. Due to this, responsibilities may change slightly depending on the experience of the successful applicant.
Candidate profile:
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven work experience in customer/sales environment, ideally within a supervisory position
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational skills with a “Can-Do” attitude
• Being adaptable to change
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Exceptional communicational skills (verbal, written and presentation)
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Competency in Microsoft applications including, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Salesforce experience preferred
