Customer Service Executive
Location: Southall
Salary: £25,300 per annum (+ up to £6,000 commission annually, paid quarterly)
Hours: Full Time
Type: Permanent

We are thrilled to be recruiting a Customer Engagement Representative on behalf of our client, a vibrant and fast-paced business in Southall. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in customer service or account management who thrives on building strong customer relationships and ensuring seamless operations.

Overall Purpose of the Role:
To oversee the customer journey within a designated geographical area, ensuring an exceptional experience across all business channels.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage customer interactions
  • Make outbound calls according to the daily call plan
  • Handle inbound calls and take appropriate actions
  • Support customer orders via various channels
  • Ensure customer details are accurately logged and maintained
  • Process order amendments and add-ons for phone and web orders
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads
  • Reactivate lapsed accounts
  • Update customers on new products and product developments
  • Provide ongoing support to webshop customers
  • Address and resolve any issues customers may have through case management
  • Work with the sales team and accounts receivable to ensure no outstanding debts
  • Raise and manage issues through case management, involving relevant departments as needed
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate account manager if further support is required
