My client, a fabulous privately owned organisation with fantastic product offering, are now seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Service Executive to join their current successful team. The company are full of down to earth and bubbly characters so they are looking for a likeminded person to join them and be with the company long term!

There is progression available for career driven individuals and full support and product training will be given when first starting out.

Role responsibilities:

• Answering calls
• Taking orders over the phone
• Upselling to new and existing customers
• Processing email orders
• Reaching out to lapsed clients
• Taking incoming sales calls
• Covering the live chat system
• Answering customer queries via email or incoming calls
• Speaking to the warehouse team re ETA’S, delivery queries etc
• Contacting customers to advise of any out of stock products or delays and offering alternatives products if needed
• Retaining product knowledge

Experience/skills required:

• Previous experience within a busy customer service department
• Previous experience within sales
• Strong IT skills and comfortable using multiple screens
• Fantastic telephone manner and strong writing skills
• Will thrive working in an upbeat office with lots of banter!!
