Job Description

I am currently working with a fantastic local business who are in an industry that really does make a positive change to people’s lives. They are looking for an Administrator to assist them with the day to day organisation of the branch, as well as general admin support for other team members. If you are highly organised and have fantastic communication skills, this could be a great role for you.

The role:

• Maintain all records and files
• Undertake administrative processes involved in obtaining statutory checks and references
• Support the Directors and Managers in the organisation of training
• Assist with the administration of monthly meetings
• Putting reports together through the collation of information
• Maintain the CRM system
• Attending a staff meeting one Saturday per month in order to take minutes

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in an admin support role or NHS administration
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow a process

Please note

• This is a Monday to Friday role but you will be required to work one Saturday per month in order to attend a staff meeting.
• The role will offer a slight hybrid working pattern after passing probation
• A DBS is check is required for the role which will be provided by the company directly
