A fantastic role has become available within a local, global business. They are looking for a new member to join their technical training team due to promotion within the department. Spending half of your time in the Uxbridge offices, and the other half onsite with clients, you will be responsible for training both new and existing Engineers within the business, ensuring company standards are always tip top.

Role responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver technical training induction program for new employees
• Work closely with Senior Engineers and Service Managers in the field to understand training requirements
• Liaise with service partners and provide relevant training to ensure a high level of service can be provided
• Seek ongoing efficiencies and improvements in training programs
• Constantly delivering high quality training and update relevant training records

Candidate requirements:

• Proven technical training experience
• Strong working knowledge of planning and delivering training programs
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Must live within an hour commute from Uxbridge
• Full driving license
