Job Description

An extremely longstanding and well-respected business in the local area are currently looking for a new team member within their customer service division. The ideal candidate will be extremely commercially astute and very switched on as this is a busy role that will involve a lot of client liaison.

Are you a customer service superstar with B2B experience?

Are you looking for a progressive role where you will eventually have exposure to many different elements of the business?

If so, this could be the role for you!

Role responsibilities:

  • Processing of high volume orders
  • Regular communication with customers via email and telephone
  • Providing sales admin support to the external Sales Team
  • Managing the fulfilment process
  • Continuous updating of the company bespoke CRM

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have proven customer service experience, ideally within a B2B environment
  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must have a fire in the belly and be willing to learn
  • Proficient with Word and Excel and quite computer savvy with the ability to pick up new systems
