Role responsibilities:

• Day to day management of the social value across the business
• Driving the development of Social Value throughout projects and the wider business
• Production of performance management information and reporting these to client
• Liaison with Operational Teams for planning and delivery of social value outputs
• Sourcing and implementing new schemes and groups in line with Social Value Strategy aims
• Developing and implementing a social value plan
• Leading social value input for bid activity
• Developing and maintain an excellent network of specialist stakeholders
• Management of a social value portal

Candidate profile:

• Previous experience within Social Values is essential
• Proficient with a social value portal and strong IT skills all round
• Previous experience within construction/engineering industry would be preferred
