Job Description

Our well-established and highly successful client are looking for a Customer Services Team Leader.  This role will be based at their head office in High Wycombe and will offer a slightly hybrid working pattern after initial training with great company benefits, including private healthcare, life assurance, excellent holiday package and a fantastic subsidised canteen.

Role responsibilities:

• Providing excellent department administration
• Having a full knowledge of all procedures within your department
• Supporting the Department Manager at all times
• Daily running of allocated team of roughly 10-12
• Ensuring all team members work to their targets
• Providing all reports as required
• Coach and develop Team Members
• Maintain and enhance customer service standards
• Complete and assist with projects

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience as a Team Leader is essential, ideally within the healthcare sector or within a call centre environment
• Strong people management skills and able to set and monitor targets
• Excellent customer service skills
