Key Responsibilities

• Assist sales Managers/Directors with obtaining best possible price from suppliers/distribution
• Raise Sales orders for new sales
• Raise Purchase orders for new hardware/software sales
• Booking in purchase orders upon receipt of proof of delivery
• Keeping up to date on all open orders to ensure orders are delivered within SLA
• Assist with providing information and resolution to invoice queries
• Raise agreements for outsourced contracts
• Ensure calls are completed/resolved within the SLA
• Create and provide reports as required
