We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Assets Executive to join a reputable company in Uxbridge. Our client is seeking an assertive and proactive individual to sit within their Customer Service Team and ensure the successful management and optimisation of IT hardware assets throughout their lifetime.

Key Responsibilities: As the IT Assets Executive, you will be a pivotal link between the company and end customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering Lifecycle call management
• Creating and administering service tickets and recording essential milestones within defined SLA’s
• Assist with client reporting and associated updates in agreed timeframes
• Attend customer calls and provide service delivery updates
• Liaising with internal teams for all escalations, administration, and support queries
• Supporting all administrative duties and tasks within the lifecycle process
• Ticket monitoring, queue policing with escalations where necessary
• Creating and presenting service reports on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis

Essential Experience and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

• Demonstrate previous experience in a customer service administration environment, ideally within logistics or stock fulfilment
• High competency using MS Excel and Word essential
• Attention to detail is essential
• Ideally previous experience with IT service
