I have an amazing role with a lovely local company that have come up due to progression within the team. They are looking for customer service superstars assist them with delivering a supreme service to their B2B client base.

If you have excellent communication skills and feel that organisation is one of your key strengths, this could be the perfect position for you.

The role:

·         Answering telephone calls promptly and professionally

·         Logging all new incoming calls onto the in-house system

·         Liaising with Technicians, Purchasing, Account Managers, Schedulers and Directors to ensure calls are actioned as required and Customers are updated accordingly

·         Understanding and adhering to Customers contracted SLA's and KPI's that are set for the Customer Service desk

·         Preparing and sending Quotations to clients for parts and labour

·         Daily reports

 

Skills required for the role:

 

·         Previous telephone based customer service experience

·         Strong communication skills both

·         Ability to multitask is essential
