My client is currently seeking a customer service superstar to join their team. The main purpose of the role is to ensure all customers receive a flawless service 100% of the time.

Working for this family run business, you will be an integral part of the team looking after both their customers and drivers. You will ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey and be the ‘go to’ hub of information for the drivers including planning the daily routes.

Role responsibilities:

• Inputting and processing orders
• Responding to any issues customers may have and resolving them in a professional and timely manner
• Constantly building strong working relationships with customers by providing outstanding customer service at all times
• Processing of credit notes and returns
• Invoicing
• Checking the daily route planner and ensuring its efficiency

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience working in a commercial customer service role
• Be a strong communicator both verbal and written
• Have strong organisational skills
