£23,000 to £26,000 plus uncapped commission

Calling all Appointment Setters!!

My client is currently seeking 3 Appointment Setters to join their busy Sales Team.

Based within their beautiful offices in the heart of Uxbridge, you will be responsible for managing the diaries of their Consultants based all over the UK.

If you are a strong sales person with at least one years’ previous appointment setting experience then please, apply today!

Role responsibilities:

• Diary management including organising, confirming appointments, general meetings/setting up trips – setting up Zoom etc (the diary is the biggest part of the job!)
• Emails – checking general inbox and actioning my emails
• Setting up new clients on the office system
• Request for documents from new clients
• Updating records
• Scanning and setting up files for any new clients

• Strong time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure
• Accurate data entry skills
• Strong spelling, grammar and punctuation
