Job Description

I am currently looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join a fantastic company based in the local area. They are looking for a friendly and nurturing candidate to come in and manage their team of 3 Customer Service Executives, supporting them with daily tasks as well as encouraging personal growth and development. Working very closely with the senior management team, you will provide daily motivation as well as be involved in customer service activities including order processing and handling escalated queries. Role responsibilities:
  • To support / motivate and manage the customer service team
  • Order processing – Taking orders
  • Handle problem calls and supporting the team with problem calls
  • Account manage any accounts that are handed over to you by Senior Management
  • Courtesy calling existing customers
  • Updating the CRM
  • Contacting lapsed clients
  • Up selling to new & existing customers

Candidate profile:

  • Strong B2B customer service background
  • Great people management skills
  • Highly personable and a real relationship builder
