Administrator/Customer Service (Medical)
High Wycombe
£21k - £22k per annum

Our client, a fantastic and extremely busy medical company based in High Wycombe, is seeking an Administrator to join their team and support their customer services personnel. This is a busy and varied role that will require someone with a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.

Ideal applicants for this opportunity will have previous administration experience and be able and happy to support both in person and over the phone. Key duties also include phoning both clients and GP Practices to discuss orders and prescriptions, then arranging relevant delivery and appointments.

Role responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients and surgeries and the processing of electronic prescriptions.
  • Arranging the delivery of supplies.
  • Calling patients/clients to ensure kept up to date.
  • Dealing with inbound calls.
  • Dealing with day-to-day administrative duties as required.

Person specifications

  • Someone with a keen eye for details and high levels of accuracy.
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadline.
  • Excellent written, verbal and telephone skills will be required.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office is a requirement.
