Digital Marketing Manager

My client, Eclipse School of Beauty is a market leader in providing high quality training for the beauty industry. They have a reputation for excellence and provide high quality training courses across their four academies. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of their marketing strategy and implementation.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can make a real impact and help them to take their digital marketing strategy and effectiveness to the next level. This is a great opportunity for someone to join the business, own the brief and make a difference. Principally, the focus will be across social media channels and their website, but they are open to being guided in new ways to develop the sales and marketing strategy to further develop their online presence, their outstanding reputation, and most importantly, to promote their extensive range of training programmes.

The Role Requirements
They are looking for an innovative thinker with drive, skills and imagination with the following experience:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a paid social-centric role - Extensive experience of Facebook, Instagram. TikTok and Youtube marketing
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of how to maximise the effectiveness of social media advertising, in particular Facebook
• Strong statistical analysis and digital analytics skills to monitor and optimise campaign performance
• Wider digital marketing experience and an understanding of a similar market sector would be a distinct advantage
• Proven history of managing and growing paid social channels
• Strong social media content creation skills is vital in both video and photo
• Skills in designing and maximising bulk email campaign strategies

What’s on offer?
You will receive a salary of £25-30k (dependent on experience) plus a performance bonus

Location
The role will be principally based at their head office in Bexleyheath. You will also be required to go on a regular basis to their other locations in Brentwood, Hertford & Ashford, so a driving licence and your own car is essential for this role.
