Location: Colchester, Essex. Office Based Role.
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (No Weekends)
Start Date: Immediate interviews available
Permanent, full time employed role.

As part of The New Homes Group, you’ll help manage property sales through our Housebuilder Part Exchange and Assisted Move services, contributing to smooth, successful customer journeys.

What You’ll Do
• Assist with managing property sales from instruction through to completion.
• Communicate with customers, estate agents, solicitors, and housebuilders.
• Keep records updated and ensure key information is captured accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service across every interaction.
