Service Manager – Fostering
 Location: Enfield (EN3)
 Salary: Up to £65k
 Full-time

Are you ready for an exciting leadership challenge in 2026? We are working with a specialist fostering service and are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead its development, delivery, and long-term success.

As Service Manager, you will work closely with our Senior Management Team to shape the service, ensuring quality, safeguarding excellence, Ofsted compliance, and the best outcomes for children and young people. This role is perfect for a confident leader passionate about fostering and service development.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and supervise the fostering team
• Oversee operational delivery & regulatory compliance
• Drive recruitment, assessment & support of foster carers
• Prepare and manage Ofsted inspections
• Build strong partnerships with local authorities and external agencies
• Promote safeguarding, quality, and continuous improvement

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualifying experience in fostering/children’s services
• At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role
• Strong safeguarding, compliance & leadership skills
• Management qualification (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Health and Social Care or equivalent) — or working towards
• SWE-registered Social Worker (desirable)
