A brand-new, high-energy Family Entertainment Centre based in Reading, featuring a vibrant bar & kitchen, arcade games, karaoke, pool, AR darts, VR experiences, and more is looking for a passionate, experienced, and hands-on F&B Manager to lead from the front and shape an unforgettable guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead the daily operations of the bar and kitchen
- Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team
- Manage inventory, suppliers, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety standards
- Drive event planning, marketing promotions, and community engagement
- Be a visible leader on the floor, setting the tone for service
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences every time

What You’ll Bring:

- Proven experience in F&B or hospitality management
- Strong leadership, communication & organisational skills
- A Personal Licence (essential)
- A hands-on, proactive attitude – this is not a desk job!
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
