Senior Pharmacist 

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Locum Senior Pharmacist to join a healthcare team based in Dublin 6.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking for a weekday role, offering a great work-life balance.

The Role

• Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.

• Working hours will fall between an 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm schedule.

• Working with chemotherapy products within a controlled healthcare environment.

• All necessary safety procedures, protocols and safeguards are in place to ensure the safe handling of chemotherapy products.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous hospital pharmacy experience would be a distinct advantage.

• Oncology or chemotherapy pharmacy experience would be highly desirable.

• A strong understanding of pharmacy procedures, patient safety and best practice.

• A professional, reliable and detail-oriented approach.

Please note: Hospital and oncology experience would be advantageous but are not essential, and candidates with the right qualifications and experience from other pharmacy settings are encouraged to apply.

Essential Requirements

• Recognised Pharmacy qualification and current registration with the relevant professional regulatory body.
• Must currently reside in Ireland.
• Must hold one of the following immigration permissions or statuses:
• EU Passport
• Stamp 1G
• Stamp 2
• Stamp 4
• Stamp 4D
• Stamp 5
• Stamp 4 EUFam
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting.
• International Police Clearance must be provided if the candidate has lived outside Ireland for more than six months after the age of 16.
