Team Leader - Disability Service

Location: Cork
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

TTM Healthcare are delighted to have partnered with our client who are a leading provider of quality care and support for people with intellectual disabilities across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain.

As a Team Leader you will play a key role in the support team, responsible for meeting the needs of the individuals who are supported by this service. You will be responsible for designing and coordinating individual support programmes by supporting the team of Support workers. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Social Care professional to join a leading organisation who is at the centre of care for those who are most vulnerable.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a health and social care setting
• Experience in a leadership capacity is advantageous 
• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience working with behaviours which challenge is advantageous
