TTM Healthcare Solutions are currently recruiting Social Care Workers to join our agency team, supporting a respected community organisation in Sligo that delivers a wide range of essential social services across the North West.

This service provides housing supports, mental health services, supported accommodation, and community outreach for older people. As part of the Housing Support Team, you will play a key role in helping individuals with complex backgrounds, including those with mental health or addiction challenges, to access local supports and build independent, fulfilling lives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 7 or Level 8 degree in Social Care or a related discipline
• CORU registration
• Full clean driver’s licence and access to own transport
• Right to work in Ireland (EU Passport or Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, 4 EUFam)
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting and provide International Police Clearance (if applicable)

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one housing and community support to clients across Sligo and Leitrim
• Support service users with wellbeing and independent living skills
• Assist clients with access to local resources and community services
• Collaborate closely with the housing team and multidisciplinary support network
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
