TTM Healthcare are partnering with a leading Private Nursing Home, who are looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Nurse to join an organisation and contribute to the success of the business.

Position available: ADON - Assistant Director of Nursing
Location: Dublin
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate ADON to lead the delivery of high-quality nursing and social care, ensuring the individual needs and wellbeing of every resident are at the heart of care.

The successful candidate will provide strong clinical and operational leadership, ensuring compliance with HIQA standards, legislation, company policies and best practice, while overseeing quality assurance, audits, training and staff development. The role also includes responsibility for effective management of the home’s environment, health and safety, financial and administrative procedures, complaints, and human resources.

We are looking for a dynamic leader who can foster a positive team culture, build strong relationships with residents, families and community partners, and drive continuous improvement across the home.

Requirements:

• Previous Management experience
• BSc in General Nursing or equivalent
• Registered on the NMBI live register.
• Proven track record in healthcare clinical management.
• Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and promote a team environment.
