CSSD OPERATIVE 

Location: Dublin 18, Ireland
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CSSD Operative to join the team supporting essential healthcare services in Dublin 18.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and decontaminating reusable medical and surgical instruments.

• Inspecting instruments to ensure they are clean, safe and in good working condition.

• Assembling, packing and preparing instrument sets for sterilisation.

• Operating sterilisation equipment in accordance with established procedures.

• Maintaining accurate records and following infection prevention and control guidelines.

• Adhering to health and safety procedures and working effectively as part of a team.

Candidate Requirements

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, Health Services Skills or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Must be currently resident in Ireland.
• Must hold one of the following immigration permissions or statuses:
• EU Passport
• Stamp 1G
• Stamp 2
• Stamp 4
• Stamp 4D
• Stamp 5
• Stamp 4 EUFam
• Must be willing to undergo Garda Vetting.
• Must provide International Police Clearance if they have lived outside Ireland for more than six months after the age of 16.
