Care Support Workers in Shankill, Dublin

Location: Shankill, Dublin
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: 34k - 40k DOE

Our client, a well-established provider of care services for people with physical or neurological disabilities, is seeking experienced Care Support Workers to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Support people with their daily needs and routines.
• Build respectful relationships and promote independance.
• Support people to make choices and achieve their goals.
• Manage staffing, training, budgets and the overall residential environment.
• Encourage participation in activities in the community.

Requirements:

• Qualification: QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support or a minimum QQI Level 6 in Social Care or Nursing. 
• Experience supporting people with intellectual or physical disabilities. 
• Full clean driving license. 
• Flexibility to work days, nights and sleepover shifts. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
