TTM Healthcare Solutions are hiring Chefs to join the catering team within a HSE Hospital in Mallow, Co. Cork. This agency role offers flexible shifts, giving you the opportunity to contribute your culinary expertise to a dynamic healthcare environment, ensuring nutritious and high-quality meals for patients and staff.

Requirements:

• Professional Cookery qualification (or equivalent)
• HACCP and Food Safety certification
• Previous experience in a healthcare or large-scale catering environment
• Right to work in Ireland (EU passport or Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, 4 EUFam)
• International Police Clearance (if applicable)
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with hospital dietary and nutritional standards
• Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene at all times
• Work collaboratively within the hospital catering team
• Assist with menu planning, food portioning, and stock control
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with HSE hygiene procedures
