TTM Healthcare Solutions are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to work in a hospice setting in Limerick City. This role involves supporting elderly clients with dignity and compassion in a calm, caring environment. You will enjoy 12-hour day shifts, making this an ideal opportunity for those with nursing home experience or student nurses seeking flexible work to gain valuable experience.

Requirements

• QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (or equivalent) or be actively working toward it (student nurses welcome)
• Previous experience in elderly care, hospice, or nursing homes desirable
• Right to work in Ireland (EU Passport or Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, 4 EUFam)
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting
• International Police Clearance (where applicable)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance
• Support mobility, comfort, and emotional well-being of residents
• Assist with meals and activities promoting independence where possible
• Work closely with nursing and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain infection prevention and control standards
