Senior Speech & Language Therapist

Location: Dublin | Permanent | 35 hours per week

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Speech & Language Therapist on behalf of a leading private healthcare provider in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established multidisciplinary team, providing specialist SLT services across inpatient and outpatient settings, with a strong focus on adult communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist assessment and treatment for adults with dysphagia, dysphonia and acquired communication disorders.
• Manage inpatient and outpatient caseloads.
• Conduct and report on videofluoroscopy assessments.
• Work closely with the wider MDT to deliver patient-centred care.
• Contribute to clinical education, audit, quality improvement and service development.
• Support the development of new SLT pathways and specialist services.
• Participate in supervision, training and ongoing CPD.

Requirements

• Degree in Speech & Language Therapy or equivalent recognised qualification.
• CORU registration.
• Minimum 4 years' SLT experience.
• Strong experience in adult dysphagia.
• Experience with videofluoroscopy.
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary working skills.

Desirable: Experience with FEES and tracheostomy weaning.
